Annual Homeowners’ Meeting

*** Please use the gate on the left side of the house. Meeting will be in the
backyard.

Other: We need a quorum or we will have to hold the meeting again. So please
try to attend or designate a proxy by giving them your voting power with the
attached proxy form.

Reminder: July 2025 – June 2026 annual homeowner dues are to be paid
ASAP please. Amount = $400

The HOA annual meeting will be held on August 22nd, 2024 at 630pm at 13005 NE 37th Court. Agenda and budget outline will be provided at the meeting.

The 2011 annual meeting was held. Meeting minutes have been posted here. There was a change in the By Laws and dues for 2012 have been set to $160.

The 2011 annual meeting was held but was not official due to lack of attendance. 50% membership is required to hold this meeting. The meeting has been rescheduled to January 26 at 7pm.
