About Our HOA

The HOA is responsible for the overall look, safety and quality of life in the neighborhood. As an HOA member you have certain rights and responsibilities that help keep our community a great place for all residents. We offer a variety of amenities and services for our residents including:

We believe community is key to a great living experience. That’s why we host community events like block parties, holiday gatherings and even a book club.

Fees and Dues

As an HOA member you are required to pay yearly fees or dues that go towards the maintenance and improvement of the community. These fees cover services like landscaping and common area maintenance. 

We try to keep these fees reasonable and transparent for all residents. If you have questions or concerns about fees, contact the board. 

2025-2026 dues: $400

Rules and Regulations

To keep the community a harmonious place for all residents we have established certain rules and regulations. These include noise ordinances, pet policies, parking regulations and more.
